How far in advance do I need to place my order?

We recommend that you place the order as soon as possible to ensure the item(s) you want will be available. However we will work with you the best we can to accommodate any last minute party wishes.

What are your deposit/payment requirements?

A 20% deposit is required to reserve equipment for a specified event date. Rental equipment is not reserved until a deposit is made. Equipment cannot be held/guaranteed beyond 24 hours after receipt of a quote without a deposit. The payment of the balance is required two weeks prior to delivery. Cancellations will be charged 20% of the total rental fee in the form of the deposit. Cancellations made within two weeks of delivery will not be refunded. Atlantis Tents reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to severe/unsafe weather conditions at no cost to the lessee.

When are the products delivered?

Upon reservation, we will negotiate delivery and pickup days that are convenient to you. It is not uncommon for delivery to take place a few days before your event; this ensures rental equipment is there and ready for use on your event day. You will be contacted the day before delivery to confirm your order and the setup time period. At the time of delivery our personnel will confirm the pickup day we have pre-scheduled with you, if it is not convenient please contact our office. Atlantis Tents guarantees friendly, reliable service. Once your reservation is completed with Atlantis Tents, you can be confident that QUALITY rental equipment will arrive ON-TIME and be professionally installed to your satisfaction.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations will be charged 20% of the total rental fee in the form of the deposit. Cancellations made within two weeks of delivery will not be refunded. Any item loaded onto our truck for delivery is subject to restocking charge equal to the daily rental rate. Some equipment cannot be used in certain weather conditions. If this becomes an issue for your event, we will gladly refund your deposit in full.

Do you offer discounts for non-profit organizations, schools, churches, caterers and other event professionals?

Yes we do, please contact Atlantis Tents to inquire about the current discounts we offer.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, changes can be made up to 2 weeks prior to delivery. We are happy to accommodate last minute additions to your order if the rental items are available.

What is my responsibility for preparing the event site?

When renting a tent it is the renter’s responsibility to clear the predetermined area of installation from obstructions. Obstructions include but are not limited to: furniture, plants, children’s toys, vehicles, and animal debris. If there is an underground watering system, it must be marked prior to any stakes being driven into the ground. If a waterline is hit and was not marked, it is the renter's responsibility to make repairs. It is also the renter's responsibility to obtain any necessary permits.

What is my responsibility for accepting delivery and pick-up of rental items?

It is required that you or a representative is available upon delivery to confirm placement, quantity, and condition of items. Please make sure that the area being serviced is easily accessible. Remove all vehicles, furniture, toys, etc. that may be in the path of our delivery personnel. Once the equipment has been accepted for delivery, it is the client’s responsibility to return it in the same condition. If any equipment is broken, damaged, or missing we will send an additional invoice for this equipment. Do not leave equipment in an uncovered area. The equipment must be kept “undercover” to avoid damage from rain and wind or any other elements. Any damage due to equipment left uncovered will result in additional invoicing. Please safeguard the equipment and be sure it is protected and secured from the weather when not in use to avoid this matter.

What if I have sprinklers or underground utilities where the tent is to be installed?

It is your responsibility to know, and inform the installation personnel of the location of any pipes, cables, electrical lines, septic, or sprinklers systems at the installation site; we suggest contacting the company who installed your sprinklers and making a call to “Call Before You Dig” which is a service offered by the utility companies to properly mark the area of installation. We install the tents in an agreed upon area and accept no liability for underground utilities.

What if I experience severe weather?

Atlantis Tents solely reserves the right to cancel the installation of rental equipment or remove installed rental equipment in the event of unsafe weather conditions. If you are in doubt of what qualifies as severe weather please contact Atlantis Tents so we can ensure it is safe to occupy the tent.
